Characteristics
A coexistence of aroma and acidity, with a rich golden yellow color, green highlights and a strong taste with finesse.
A "MASTER" with a balanced aftertaste that contributes to the long stay of the aromas in the mouth.
Sparkling with an intense nose of citrus, melon and pineapple aromas.
Vinification
After pre-fermentation extraction, alcoholic fermentation follows at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks. The lees are stirred at regular intervals gaining a wonderful body conquering its rich aromas.
Flavor combinations
Pasta with white sauces, fish, fish with oily flesh, molluscs, shellfish, and finally with rich salads and fruits.
Vineyard
New vineyard planted in 2018 at an altitude of 450m and a yield of 650-750 Kg per hectare.
