Characteristics

Explosive intensity of rose aroma and bright pomegranate color with blue highlights of the French SYRAH variety. Balanced acidity with a combination of rich aromas of strawberry, forest fruits and cherry, give a pleasant aromatic aftertaste.

Vinification

Destemming and remaining for a few hours with the crowns in a stainless-steel tank to enrich aromas and pigments. Then controlled cryo-extraction and alcoholic fermentation takes place at graduated temperatures. A stirring process is applied to light lees from 1 to 2 months.

Flavor combinations

Traditional flavors such as stuffed peppers, vegetables cooked with olive oil, pasta, and salads.

Vineyard

Old vineyard that was planted in 2000 and yields 700-800 kg per hectare.
