Characteristics

Ένα κρασί, με κόκκινο πορφυρό χρώμα, με σύνθετο μπουκέτο ώριμων φρούτων, όπως μύρτιλο, βατόμουρο και δαμάσκηνο. Στο στόμα οι ταννίνες υποστηρίζονται από άφθονη φρουτώδη γεύση δημιουργώντας ένταση και ισορροπία. 

Vinification

Destemming, crushing and remaining in the tank with the marc for up to 20 days until the end of the alcoholic fermentation. This is followed by malolactic fermentation and aging in French oak  barrels. 

Flavor combinations

Pork, poultry, salads and mature cheeses.

At the end of the KAKAVOS mountain of mountainous Halkidiki, is the vineyard planted in 2001 at an altitude of 450 meters and with a yield of 700 - 800 kg per hectare.

CABERNET - MERLOT - SYRAH

Characteristics

Bright ruby ​​color with violet highlights, aromas of red fruits such as plum, raspberry and cherry with aromas of raisins and cocoa. After seriation, the oxyphonation gives us a red pepper and vanilla aroma. In the mouth the tannins are supported by an abundance of red fruits creating a dominant dynamic, leaving an aftertaste with rich spice aromas.

Vinification

Classic Red vinification, where the grapes remain in contact with the must for up to twenty days, in order to extract all the organoleptic substances, until the completion of the alcoholic fermentation. This is followed by malolactic fermentation and is placed for six to twelve months in French oak barrels, in order to create the aromatic bouquet in combination with the harmony of tannins.
This is followed by malolactic fermentation and is placed for 6-12 months in French oak barrels, in order to create the aromatic bouquet with a combination of the harmony of tannins.

The vineyard was planted in 1998 in an area of mountainous Halkidiki at an altitude of 450m with amazing soil and climate conditions, in silty soil with continuous ventilation. Yield 700-800 Kg per hectare.

SYRAH

Characteristics

Deep red with violet highlights and rich aromas of red fruits such as raspberry, plum and pepper. Balanced wine, which leaves a spicy taste in the mouth and the aroma of vanilla and butter dominates its finish.

Characteristics

Fresh red wine with a bright color that emanates tile highlights. Rich aromas of red fruits such as cherry, sour cherry and red apple. Balanced in the mouth with a sweet acidity, leaving a long aftertaste of vanilla.

Flavor combinations

Pairs well with red pot meat, grilled meats and sweet and sour flavors. It can be combined with a fruit platter and various cheeses.

Characteristics

Ελκυστικά απαλό φραουλί χρώμα , με αρώματα βουτύρου, μαρμελάδας κεράσι, κόκκινο γκρειπφρουτ και νότες τσιχλόφουσκας. Η δροσερή του οξύτητα και η σωστή ισορροπία αλκοόλης, μας χαρίζουν ένα αρμονικό σώμα.

Vinification

Seductive blend of two varieties of MERLOT-GRENACHE ROUGE after destemming and remaining for a few hours with the grapes, where the extraction and alcoholic fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures.

Flavor combinations

Pizza and various cold meats, shrimp, salads, pasta, and fruit.

ROSE "ESTATE TARAZAS"

Characteristics

Εκρηκτική ένταση αρώματος τριαντάφυλλου και λαμπερό χρώμα ροδιού με μπλε ανταύγειες της Γαλλικής ποικιλίας SYRAH. Ισορροπημένη οξύτητα με συνδιασμό τα πλούσια αρώματα φράουλας, φρούτα του δάσους και κεράσι, χαρίζουν μια ευχάριστη αρωματική επίγευση.

Vinification

Destemming and remaining for a few hours with the crowns in a stainless-steel tank to enrich aromas and pigments. Then controlled cryo-extraction and alcoholic fermentation takes place at graduated temperatures. A stirring process is applied to light lees from 1 to 2 months.

Flavor combinations

Traditional flavors such as stuffed peppers, vegetables cooked with olive oil, pasta, and salads.

Characteristics

Ένας κομψός οίνος με λεμονοπράσινο χρώμα και αχυρένιες ανταύγειες. Ένας συνδιασμός με άρωμα βοτάνων και πυρινόκαρπων φρούτων, όπως αχλάδι και κίτρο. Ισσοροπημένη επίγευση με τονοτική οξύτητα αρκετή λιπαρότητα με μια μακράν φρουτώδη επίγευση. Κρυστάλλινο χρώμα, με μύτη έντονη ώριμων καρπών. 

Vinification

After pre-fermentation extraction, alcoholic fermentation follows at controlled temperatures in stainless tanks. The lees are stirred at regular intervals, acquiring a wonderful body and its rich aromas.  

Flavor combinations

Salads, pasta with white sauce, fish, seafood and poultry.

A coexistence of aroma and acidity, with a rich golden yellow color, green highlights and a strong taste with finesse.

Sparkling with an intense nose of citrus, melon and pineapple aromas.

Vinification

After pre-fermentation extraction, alcoholic fermentation follows at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks. The lees are stirred at regular intervals gaining a wonderful body conquering its rich aromas. 

Flavor combinations

Pasta with white sauces, fish, fish with oily flesh, molluscs, shellfish, and finally with rich salads and fruits.
