Characteristics
Deep red with violet highlights and rich aromas of red fruits such as raspberry, plum and pepper. Balanced wine, which leaves a spicy taste in the mouth and the aroma of vanilla and butter dominates its finish.
Vinification
Classic Red vinification, where the grapes remain in contact with the must for up to twenty days, in order to extract all the organoleptic substances, until the completion of the alcoholic fermentation. This is followed by malolactic fermentation and is placed for six to twelve months in French oak barrels, in order to create the aromatic bouquet in combination with the harmony of tannins.
