Characteristics
An elegant wine with a lemon-green color and straw highlights. A combination of herbal aromas and stone fruits, such as pear and citron. Balanced aftertaste with tonic acidity, enough oiliness with a long fruity aftertaste. Crystal clear color, with an intense nose of ripe fruits.
Vinification
After pre-fermentation extraction, alcoholic fermentation follows at controlled temperatures in stainless tanks. The lees are stirred at regular intervals, acquiring a wonderful body and its rich aromas.
Flavor combinations
Salads, pasta with white sauce, fish, seafood and poultry.
Vineyard
New vineyard planted in 2019, at an altitude of 450m and with a yield of 650 - 750 Kg per hectare..
