Characteristics
A wine, with a red-purple color, with a complex bouquet of ripe fruits, such as blueberry, raspberry and plum. In the mouth, the tannins are supported by an abundant fruity flavor, creating intensity and balance.
Vinification
Destemming, crushing and remaining in the tank with the marc for up to 20 days until the end of the alcoholic fermentation. This is followed by malolactic fermentation and aging in French oak barrels.
Flavor combinations
Pork, poultry, salads and mature cheeses.
Vineyard
At the end of the KAKAVOS mountain of mountainous Halkidiki, is the vineyard planted in 2001 at an altitude of 450 meters and with a yield of 700 - 800 kg per hectare.
Served at 16οC - 18οC
