Characteristics

Attractively pale strawberry color, with aromas of butter, cherry jam, red grapefruit and notes of bubble gum. Its refreshing acidity and the right balance of alcohol give us a harmonious body.

Vinification

Seductive blend of two varieties of MERLOT-GRENACHE ROUGE after destemming and remaining for a few hours with the grapes, where the extraction and alcoholic fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures.

Flavor combinations

Pizza and various cold meats, shrimp, salads, pasta, and fruit.

Vineyard

The vineyard was planted at the end of Mount Kakavos in mountainous Halkidiki 2001, at an altitude of 450 meters, and yields 700 - 800 kg per hectare.
